Elder Bob Baker (S7aplek) is a Squamish Nation Elder, cultural advisor and performer, and co-founder and spokesperson of the Eagle Song Dancers (Spakwus Slolem). Over 35 years, he has shared Squamish culture through song, dance and presentations in Taiwan, Hawaii, Japan and at the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland. He performed in the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Opening Ceremonies and helped bring the 27 foot grandmother welcome figure to Ambleside Beach Park.
