Talon NadeauDream Camps Facilitator & Senior Coach, Bears’ Lair

Talon Nadeau (TALON) is an Indigenous hip-hop artist, entrepreneur, and youth mentor from Vancouver, British Columbia, and a member of Piapot Nation in Treaty 4. Through music, and youth mentorship, he inspires young people to embrace their identity, overcome adversity, and pursue opportunities that create lasting change.

Drawing from his lived experiences, TALON combines storytelling with leadership to connect authentically with youth across Canada. As a Bears’ Lair Dream Camps facilitator and senior coach, he shares his passion to bring business education and life skills to Indigenous youth. He began as a student with the Bears’ Lair & AFOA Adult Dream Camp in 2023 and 2024, was part of the winning team of the $10,000 prize for pitching their business idea, and was asked to be a coach for the Bears’ Lair team. In the last two years he has moved up to becoming a senior coach, and now a facilitator for the Bears’ Lair Dream Camp program.

Whether performing, or coaching young entrepreneurs, his mission is to empower the next generation with confidence, purpose, and the belief that their story has the power to make an impact.
