At Neville Consulting Group, a certified CCIB Indigenous business, my focus is on empowering Indigenous communities through technology and sustainable business practices. And to be a bridge to organizations and companies to enable Indigenous partnership and reconciliation as a CCIB certified Partnership Accreditation for Indigenous Relations (PAIR) facilitator. With a deep-rooted commitment to cultural values and innovation, I leverage my PMP certification and IT skills to advance digital health and sustainability solutions. My recent work at Mustimuhw Information Solutions and First Nations Health Authority epitomizes this dedication, where I spearheaded projects that resonate with the ethos of Indigenous-led care.  

I have led major infrastructure projects (planning, procurement and deployment) for both Indigenous and non-Indigenous initiatives. I have conducted extensive business case and financial analysis for Ministries and Agencies. The initiatives have successfully implemented covered data analytics and business intelligence components, including GIS considerations. I have also delivered full life cycle support and asset management for major government projects. 

My role as a board director for the Digital Supercluster and participation in the National Trust Advisory Committee and the BC Health Data Collective Working Group (Networked Health BC) reflects my engagement with cutting-edge digital transformations. These positions, alongside my contribution to Indigenous, Provincial and Federal digital solutions deployment, Indigenous Data Sovereignty and Indigenous Sustainability underscore a career dedicated to social impact and technological advancement within the health and community sectors.
